Questions
- How do I download my purchase?
- After you check out, your download is ready right away on the confirmation screen, and a copy is emailed to you. Open the PDF and it lists every document link.
- Can I edit the documents?
- Yes. Every document copies into your own Google account via File > Make a Copy. The copies are fully yours.
- What is the refund policy?
- Digital downloads cannot be returned, so all sales are final. If your file has a technical problem, message me and I will fix it or send a replacement. If you accidentally buy the same product twice, send me both order numbers and I will refund the duplicate.
- Can I use these with all my clients?
- Yes. The license covers your own VA business and all of your clients. What it does not cover is sharing or reselling the templates to other VAs. If a colleague wants them, point them to the listing.
